Whether it is a week of training for 20 people or an event with a thousand attendees, we rent interpreters’ booths, headsets for attendees, microphones and consoles for the provision of an interpreting service with high sound quality and no technical problems.
We also rent equipment for hybrid events, which involve both face-to-face and online delivery at the same time.
Portable equipment
A lot of interpreting work does not take place in auditoriums or meeting rooms. We offer portable equipment for field visits, intimate meetings and occasions when there is a lot of travel to different locations and not enough time to set up a booth.
The portable equipment consists of a transmitter and up to 100 Wiliams Sound headsets. Our portable equipment works in all topographies, temperatures and heights. They allow us to provide high quality interpreting for field vists, small meetings and events held in remote locations.
Zoom Calls
Since the pandemic, interpreting for online meetings has been a necessity for many organizations and companies. We lease the Zoom Pro license to your organization so you don’t have to buy software you only use occasionally.
